Изисквания RESPONASABILITIES:
• Perform project management, regarding real estate & facility – architecture, electricity and design
• Responsible for office buildings managment
• Participate in budget control
• Consultate internal clients regarding facility management activities in the company
REQUIREMENTS:
• University degree – in Construction or Architecture field
• Knowledge on Territory ACT and all regulations regarding real estate

• Excellent computer literacy - MS Office, Auto Cad
• Precision in work with documents
• Ability to set priorities, solve problems and play in a team
