Освен Windows Firewall ,ако имаш някоя антивирусна,тя също може да спира.Ако това е наред,мисля че не трябва да имаш проблеми,и ако ип-то наистина ти е реално.Другия начин е както казаха по горе чрез www.dyndns.org.Аз до скоро ползвах ХАМРР само че за Линукс.
