защо при инсталация на PotPlayer с бг превод всичко ми излиза на някакви йероглифи

Явно имаш проблем с локалните настройки на езика в Windows-а. Можеш да провериш зададен ли е български от:

Windows XP Start > Control Panel > Date, Time, Language, and Regional Options (или е само Regional аnd Language Options) > Regional and Language Options. Отиваш на таб Advanced и избираш Bulgarian.

Windows 7 - Start > Control Panel > Clock, Language, and Region > Regional and Language Options. От таб Administrative Language for non-Unicode programs (System Locale) кликваш Change system locale и сменяш езика, след което рестартираш.

Ако не живееш в България и ти трябва друг език смени го (временно), инсталирай плеъра и върни стария. Поне при мене се получи на Windows7.

Много добър плеър. Доста от горещите клавиши са като на GOM плеъра, на когото търся заместник от месец насам. Отличен плеър, достатъчно включени скинове- направо съм очарован. Таскбар функцията е отлична идея. Фаворит П.П. Навигаторът има нужда от леко подобрение... нужен му е ляв панел за устройствата.

Не знам каква е причината, но явно плеъра го зарязаха и в този сайт, той вече е история.
