Здравейте! Имам следния проблем: лаптопа ми заби- появи се черен екран и ми изписва следното:

Описание:

Проблем предизвика спирането на взаимодействието на тази програма с Windows.

Сигнатура на проблем:

Име на проблемно събитие: AppHangB1

Име на приложение: explorer.exe

Версия на приложението: 6.0.6002.18005

Времево клеймо на приложението: 49e01da5

Сигнатура на увисване: 084b

Тип увисване: 4

и т.н. Странното е, че страничната лента работи, както и интернета, но нищо друго.

Може да пробвате SFC (System File Checker) и инструкцията за работа с него по-долу. Ако желаете, разбира се.

Инструкция за поправяне на системни файлове със SFC:

Start и пишете долу в празното поле cmd. За Vista ще трябва десен клик на cmd и после Run as Аdministrator (справка: The System File Checker tool от тази страница)
В отворения прозорец (Command prompt) напишете: sfc /scannow и натиснете ENTER. В повечето случаи е необходимо е да разполагате с инсталационен диск на операционната система, който трябва да е поставен в CD/DVD устройството.
След като програмата завърши работата си, в отвореното поле на командния прозорец копирайте и поставате следното:
findstr /c:"[sR]" %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log >%userprofile%\Desktop\sfcdetails.txt
Затворете командния прозорец (Command prompt).
Отворете sfcdetails.txt с Notepad и поставете съдържанието му в следващия си коментар.

Ако това не проработи, може да пробваме друго...

Автор

Направих всичко, както си описал - програмата си свърши работата и изписа нещо от сорта на "не са открити нарушения". Копирах и поставих цитата, но sfcdetails.txt не открих. Всъщност лентата с инструменти не работи, както и Start менюто. Програмата я намерих и пуснах чрез диспечера на задачи.

Ако имаш някакви други предложения - пиши!

Добре. Може да пробваш:

CCleaner. При инсталацията на програмата пропусни Yahoo toolbar. Използвай Cleaner (Чистач), после Issues (Чистач и оптимизатор на регистри).
Ако CCleaner не свърши работа, използвай ShellExView. Стартирай програмата (Run it as Administrator). Направи сортиране на context menu handlers с колонката Type, снимка:

Почвай да махаш един по един тези context menu handlers, но само за тези, които не са на Mirosoft, докато проблемът бъде отстранен.

И с двете програми пак не става. Като теглих ShellExView, се стартира и една друга - ReImage, която показа, че имам проблем с CPU и температуата ми е над 70 градуса. Възможно ли е това да е проблема? И ако да, то по какъв начин може да се поправи?

И с двете програми пак не става. Като теглих ShellExView, се стартира и една друга - ReImage, която показа, че имам проблем с CPU и температуата ми е над 70 градуса. Възможно ли е това да е проблема? И ако да, то по какъв начин може да се поправи?

Твърде възможно е да има хардуерен проблем. Ако машината е лаптоп няма да е лошо да се почисти, както и да се провери работата на системата. В сервиз това става най-добре.
