Проблем при рестартиране

Здравейте,имам проблем с рестарта и с функциите "Log off","Switch user" и "Restart" когато го правя с мишката от "Start".PC ке реагира на командите и се налага да го правя от "Power" бутона всеки път.Ползвам Windows XP pro с два акаунта-работен с ограничени права и администраторски.Проблемите ги има независимо кой профил ползвам.

Извиняваме се за закъснението, но бяхме доста заети в последните няколко дни,

Пробвайте временно да деинсталираре avast! и вижте дали проблема остава...

Ако да, тогава пробвайте да заредите компютъра по-следния начин:

Start => Run => въведете Msconfig => сложете отметка пред Diagnostic Startup => Apply и рестартирайте.

Можете да пробвате и в Safe Mode дали проблема съществува...По време на рестарт натискайте често бутона F8 и изберете Safe Mode.

Съжалявам за късния отговор,направих няколко рестарта по получените указания и нямаше промяна.Единствено при изпълняване на това" Start => Run => въведете Msconfig => сложете отметка пред Diagnostic Startup => Apply и рестартирайте." излезе следното:"An Access denied error was returned while attempting to change a service.You may need to log on using an Administrator account to make the specified changes."При положение че използвам администраторски акаунт сум изненадан че излиза това съобщение.

Явно използвате UAC...Пробвайте да извикате msconfig.exe от Start менюто => въведете msconfig.exe => кликнете с десен бутон върху msconfig и изберете Run as administrator

Всъщност грешката е моя...пропуснете препоръките в предишния ми коментар, защото вие сте с XP (не с Vista/7).

Явно грешката за правата - Msconfig са създадени от софтуера за принтера на HP - Процеса - HPZ12

Да пробваме да поставим услугата на manual (това не би трябвало да пречи на работата на принтера) и да спре да създава проблеми с msconfig-a.

Отвоврете Notepad и въведете с copy/paste:

REGEDIT4[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMCurrentControlSetServicesPml Driver HPZ12]"Start"=dword:00000003

След това кликнете с десен бутон върху My Computer => Manage => Local Users and Groups => Users => отворете с десен клик на мишката ASPNET => и изберете Properties => сложете отметка пред Account is disabled => Apply => OK

След това вижте дали проблема с правата над msconfig стои и дали можете вече да използвате log off, restart и switch user

А има ли някаква промяна след като сложихме услугата за HP принтера на ръчен режим...пита ли ви пак за права над msconfig?

Я да видим какво е положението с Autoruns:

Изтеглете Autoruns и:

[*]Стартирайте програмата; [*]Изберете

Options => Filter Options => сложете отметки пред Verify Code Signature и Hide Microsoft Entries; [*]От менюто File -> Refresh; [*]От менюто File -> Save...; [*]Запазете файла някъде с желано от вас име (във формат arn), архивирайте го с програма по желание и го прикачете към темата.

Също така е добре да изтеглите и инсталирате това за XP - User Profile Hive Cleanup Service

Също така да пробваме някои от най-честите решения при проблеми със Switch User функцията.

Отворете Десен бутон върху My Computer => Manage => Event Viewer => кликнете с десен бутон върху всяка една категория и изберете Clear log => на въпроса дали да запазите логовете изберете No.

Отворете Десен бутон върху My Computer => Manage => Services and Applications => Terminal Services => кликнете с двукратен клик върху нея и от Startup Type падащото меню я сложете на Automatic и натиснете бутона Start

Покажете ми снимкна мрежовите протоколи в Network Connections => статрирайте Local Area Connection => Properties => и направете снимка на менюто General

Архивирайте файла с програма от сорта на WinRaR и чак тогава го прикачете или качете тук и публикувайте линк за download в следващия си коментар.

Що се отнася до Fast user switching проблема може да се е получил заради Deterministic Network Enhancer,който се е инсталирал след инсталацията на Cisco Systems VPN Client 5.0.07.0290

Но, това да го оставим като последен вариант (т.е. да деинсталираме драйвъра и самата програма)...

Деинсталирайте WinRaR или 7-zip (нямате нужда и от двете).

Бтв, не съм дал указания за стартиране на рег файла...да поправим това (и без това леко трябваше да се пипне скрипта):

Отвоврете Notepad и въведете с copy/paste:

Запазете файла с името fix.reg и го стартирайте. Изберете с YES на диалоговия прозорец.

При тази настройка -"My Computer => Manage => Services and Applications => Terminal Services => двукратен клик => Startup => Automatic => Start функцията функционира,ако не е на " Automatic"не работи.Деинсталирах 7-zip,но не съм изчистил регистратурата от негови остатъци.Стартирах "fix.reg" като съм го запазил на десктоп.Да го изтрия ли вече или да го преместя някъде?

налага ми се да изляза ,за сега напускам форума.

Ок...остатъците от 7-zip не са проблем...просто можете да изтриете редовете свързани със 7-zip в Autoruns програмата.

fix.reg вече можете да го изтриете.
