Здравейте! Значи компютъра ми започна да работи бавно и сканирах с malware bytes, да видя дали  има вирус и е намерил 4 вируса и ги изтрих, ама пак работи бавно, сигурно имам още скрити вируси.

Гледайки лога, проблема е или заради многото тулбари или заради харуерен проблем.

 

Като начало направете проверка на дял C: за грешки:

Отворете Start => Run => напишете CMD => натиснете Enter => въведете командата chkdsk c: /x /f /r

 

Натиснете буквата Y и след това рестартирайте компютъра.

 

Изчакайте проверката да завърши (може да отнеме до 1 час) и след това отворете Start => Run => въведете eventvwr.msc => разпънете  Applications => Намерете събиетието с името Winlogon и event 1001 и го отворете с двукратен клик на мишката.

 

 

След това копирайте съдържанието на информацията в следващия си пост.

Забелязах, че имам два такива събития. Първото събитие е от 25.02.2013 от 16:45ч. Аз по принцип пуснах да се сканира към 11 часа вчера и мина повече от час и затова си легнах да спя, а компютъра си сканираше, но сега като пуснах компютъра и проверих за събитията забелязах още едно събитие, което ще постна по-надолу за всеки случай.

Няма да е зле да направите една поправка с HDD Regenerator 2011 (Опцията scan and repair) или с MHDD 4.6 (макар тя да е леко по-трудна за работа) и да започнете да събирате пари за нов твърд диск...

Направете и бекъп на ценните неща, защото веднъж появили се лоши сектори ще става по-зле ако диска няма резерв от сектори с които да ги замести.

 

Да останалите грешки може да са дело на калпав сата кабел или проблеми със SATA/IDE контролера, но най-добре е да попитате в раздела за Общи хардуерни въпроси.

 

За да премахнем searchqu тулбара направете следното:

 

Изтеглете и стартирайте програмата AdwCleaner (by Xplode).
 

• [*]Затворете всички стартирани програми и браузъри [*]Кликнете два пъти върху

adwcleaner.exe за да стартирате инструмента. [*]Този път маркирайте Delete [*]Вашият компютър ще се рестартира автоматично. Текстовия файл ще се отвори след рестарта. [*]Моля, да публикувате съдържанието на този лог в отговора си [*]Можете да намерите лога,който автоматично се запомня тук C:AdwCleaner[s1].txt.

 

 

Моля изтеглете Junkware Removal Tool на вашия десктоп.

• [*]Спрете временно работата на защитните програми. [*]Стартирайте инструмента

JRT.exe [*]Ще се отвори ДОС прозорец. Натиснете което и да е копче от клавиатурата. [*]Затворете излишните приложения и всички браузъри и изчакайте проверката да завърши. [*]Ще се появи лог файл (който можете да намерите и ръчно на десктопа с името JRT.txt). [*]Моля копирайте съдържанието на лог файла в следващия си пост.

 

 

Изтеглете Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
 

• [*]Кликнете два пъти върху

mbam-setup.exe, за да инсталирате програмата. [*]Уверете се, че са поставени отметки на Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware и Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware. След това кликнете на Finish. [*]Ако има намерени обновявания, тя ще ги изтегли и инсталира. [*]Стартирайте програмата и изберете "Perform Quick Scan", след това кликнете на Scan. Значи няма и 3 месеца откакто си купих ето този твърд диск http://nikem-bg.net/computer-components/500GB-WD-SATA-6GB-S-7200-16MB. Имам гаранция 2 години, а може би  3г трябва да бъде гаранцията. В моя град няма сервиз на тази фирма как мога да използвам гаранцията? Все пак за този твърд диск хората казват, че е един от най-добрите твърди дискове. Има ли начин да се заменят лошите сектори със резервни сектори, но проблема е, че нз дали настоящия ми твърд диск разполага със резерв от сектори. Ще се радвам да ме упътвате, защото си нямам и понятие от твърди дискове.

Значи няма и 3 месеца откакто си купих ето този твърд диск http://nikem-bg.net/computer-components/500GB-WD-SATA-6GB-S-7200-16MB. Имам гаранция 2 години, а може би  3г трябва да бъде гаранцията. Ако е в гаранция е най-добре да се занесе на сервиз за диагностика. Не че не може и вие да си го проверите с фирмение инструмент на марката, но все пак това е работа на сервиза и за да не ви отпадне гаранцията заради опит за собствено ръчно справяне с проблема е по-добре те да си го тестват и при нужда да го заменят с нов такъв. Те ще ви обяснят и най-добре кога се сменя диск и кога важи гаранцията. Може да сметнат броя на лошите сектори за малък и да откажат замяна. Странно е за нов диск да има лоши сектори - да сте го изпускали или удряли кутията докато компютъра работи (ако сте били изнервени на дадена игра например) или нещо от сорта? Някакъв физически контакт? Може да е и поради друга причина...проблемно захранване или неправилно занулен контакт, проблем с кабела или с контролера...Забавянето най-вероятно е именно заради това.

 

Иначе зловредени обекти не се забелязват в лог файла...

Можете да намалите броя на стартиращите програми...

Отворете Start => Run => въведете msconfig и натиснете Enter => отидете до секцията Startup и премахнете отметките пред:

Така, както виждаш има ли смисъл да го водя за диагностика? защото аз оправих твърдия диск като влезнах във Device Manager и там премахнах драйвера на primary след, което се наложи рестарт на системата и забелязах, че уиндоуса вече зарежда както преди, но остава проблем със температурата на твърдия диск, аидата ми показва, че е 35-40 градуса, а помня, че преди беше 25-30 градуса. Колегите казват, че това не е притеснително ама не знам. Все пак странно или не компютъра вече работи нормално. Освен това си мисля, че причината може да е в самото ми захранване защото перката на захранването блокираше от време на време и се усещах само когато ми замирише на изгоряло, тогава се налагаше да тупна леко отзад на кутията та да върти отново перката, обаче преди 5 дена сложих 2-3 капки машинно масло на перката и сега върти както никога преди. Според теб какво е най-добре да правя за да избегна бъдещите проблеми със твърдия диск, които може би ще имам тоест по-добре ли ще е да го изпратя за диагностика което означава, че ще трябва да плащам за куриери или твърдия диск вече е в изправност и само правилната му поддръжка е достатъчна?

Лично аз ако можех бих го върнал заради тази неприятна част в лог файла на Check Disk:

 

68 KB in bad sectors.

 

А иначе температурите са нормални...но винаги можете да си вземете нещо такова или друг охладител.
