Ми ако дадеш повече информация може и да ти отговорим. Като например коя версия на Касперски използваш, каква операционна система и всякаква друга информация ще ни е полезна!

За бета версиите не мога да ти помогна! Пълен деинстал и инстал на ново - може да стане!

Някой да знае защо става този гаф?

Windows SP 2 build 2600, KIS 6.0.2.546.Анти спама просто не тръгва.Може проблема да е в моя телевизор,защото предишната бета направи същия проблем.

Причината може да е в друга, инсталирана програма за защита от spam или каквато и да е за по-обща защита. Дори и спряна, подобни други защити могат да правят проблеми на Kaspersky(а и по принцип). Решението е пълното им деинсталиране, след което деинсталиране на Kaspersky->инсталиране на чисто+съответните индивудални насройки.

Друга причина може да е самата версия - Имай в предвид, че това е първата официална бета на MP2, и още повече - поддържа едновременно Vista и XP, което е голяма промяна, а такивата често са съпроводени с проблеми поне в началото.

Най-добре се увери, че всякакъв друг вид защити на компютъра ти са деинсталирани, след което следвай тази процедура:

-сваляш KisKav6Remove.zip

-разархивирай файла в нова папка KAV 6.0 на десктопа си.

-деинсталирай Kaspersky от Control Panel->Add and remove Programs

-рестартирай в Safe Mode(преди да се покаже надписа Windows XP -> F5 -> Safe Mode)

-стартираш файла avp_remove.cmd (работи само при инсталиран Windows стандартно в C:\)

-рестартираш в нормален режим и инсталираш Kaspersky.

Само да допълня. Кажи коя програма използваш за пощенски клиент. И направи следното:

1. Свали си KisKav6Remove.zip и KAV_Registry_Clean.zip и ги разархивирай в дадена папка;
   
2. Деинсталирай Касперски;
   
3. Стартирай в сигурен режим, като натиснеш клавиша F8 при зареждане на компютъра;
   
4. Стартирай двата инструмента (avp_remove.cmd и KAV_Registry_Clean.exe);
   
5. Рестартирай компютъра.
   

След стартиране в нормален режим можеш да почистиш файловете и регистрите на компютъра с CCleaner.

Инсталирай Касперски на чисто и при инсталацията задай за сървър за обновяване този:

След инсталацията рестартирай компютъра и кажи какво е станало. Ако пак има проблем, трябва да разбереш коя е несъвместимата програма и да я премахнеш, или това е проблем на бета версията!

Да, но на мен не ми се струва добър избор първата бета на MP2(лично мнение). За това и не споменах за смяната на update сървъра(инфото го има и в темата с версията). Иначе не виждам CC cleaner дали е особено нужен, по-скоро е превантимна мярка, все пак няма да навреди.

Сървъра за обновяване е необходимо да се смени и за тази бета версия (а най-вероятно и за следващите)! А понякога програмата прави временни файлове, които могат да доведат до програмни грешки. Та тези файлове трябва също да бъдат изчистени, затова казах CCleaner, който е чудесен инструмент за това!

При опити да свалям 610 от сървъра на касперски ми дава server time out в даден момент, не виждам друг сайт, на който да е качена. Ще дочакам следващата версия, която ще кача и на бг линкове, надали ще се забави много.

edit:6.0.2.614 е официалната, крайна MP2(Maintenance Pack 2) версия. Като не бета, за нея са необходими комерсиални кодове.

Скоро се очакват първите бета-версии на mp3, а малко след това и първите 7-ци!

Не си спомням точният ник на едно момче, което ми писа за по-стара бета версия на ЛС, и дали мога да я открия. Казах му че ще открия. Е, открих нещичко, но бях на 99% заето място за лс-та и вчера ги поизчистих.. Сега не се сещам точно ника му за да отговоря. Ако четеш сега - прати едно "припомнящо лс"

  При наличие на инсталирана, работеща 614 mp2 final версия е безмислено да инсталирате наново 615, защото тези бъгове вече са поправени автоматично с update-ите на 614. 615 може да се използва за нова инсталация, или като най-добрата бета-версия за момента, защото 614 mp2 final е комерсиална.

Това е update за финалната 614 mp2(не е нужно да имате инсталирана преди това 614). Има две версии - release и beta, като напрактика са еднакви, с едната разлика, че beta-версията на 615 изисква бета-кодове, а release-версията - комерсиални такива.

Поправил съм линковете, вече са към версията, работеща с бета-ключове.
