Здравейте,проблема ми е следния, след като изтегля някоя антивирусна програма и се опитам да я инсталирам, абсолютно нищо не се случва пробвах с нортон интернет секурити и с Malwarebytes, но е все същото. Не разполагам с компактдиск на операционната система.

Извиняваме се за забавянето, но в момента сме само 2-ма активни от екипа и нямаме време да помогнем на всички. Не видях активни зарази в системата и проблема сигурно се корени другаде.

 

Деинсталирайте следните приложения от Control Panel-a:

 

MyPC Backup

savee net

Torch

 

Изтеглете fixlist.txt и го запазете в папката от която стартирахте FRST.exe.

Стартирайте FRST.exe и натиснете бутона Fix веднъж!

След като приключи, ако ви поиска рестарт - съгласете се. След рестарта публикувайте лог файла - fixlog.txt, който ще се създаде след работата.

 

След това пишете как е състоянието на компютъра и има ли промяна във възможността за инсталиране на антивирусни програми.

Следвах инструкциите,но все още не мога да отворя антивирусна програма.

• Моля изтеглете Junction.zip и го запазете на десктопа.
• Разархивирайте файла и копирайте junction.exe в C:Windows.
• В Start Menu-то в търсачката въведете notepad и натиснете Enter.
• В notepad => format => премахнете отметката пред wordwrap  <--- Важно !!!
• Копирайте текста отдолу и го поставете в notepad с copy/paste:

• Изберете File -> Save as -> запазете файла на десктопа с името fix.bat
• Затворете Notepad.
• Кликнете с десен бутон на мишката върху файла   и изберете .
• Изберете Yes ако се появи диалогов прозорец от User Account Control подобен на този отдолу:

Ще се отвори Command Prompt и програмата Junctions.exe ще започне да проверява системата за нередности с правата на приложенията. Изчакайте да приключи и да се отвори лог файла. Копирайте съдържанието на лог файла в следващия си коментар.

Да пробваме следното нещо:

 

Изтеглете fixlist.txt и го запазете в папката от която стартирахте FRST.exe.

След като приключи, ако ви поиска рестарт - съгласете се. След рестарта публикувайте лог файла - fixlog.txt, който ще се създаде след работата.

 

Пишете дали има напредък.

Все още не ми ги отваря или пък може да ми препоръчате някоя друга антивирусна ли не знам.. Прикачвам фикслога.

Моля изтеглете програмата Windows Repair (all in one) от тук

Кликнете с десен бутон върху иконата на програмата и изберете "Run As Administrator".
 
Отидете до стъпка 3 и натиснете бутона Check.
Ако се окаже, че е необходима проверка на диска тогава натиснете бутона Do It. Ще се наложи да рестартирате компютъра.




След като проверката приключи отидете на Стъпка 4: и стартирайте System File Check натискайки бутона Do It:




След като проверката приключи отидете до Стъпка 5 и създайте нова точка за възстановяване на системата и бекъп на текущото състояние на регистрите...
 
Под 1.Registry Backup натиснете бутона Backup.
Под 2.System Restore натиснете бутона Create.




Сега вече отидете до Start Repairs и натиснете бутона Start.
 

 
Натиснете бутона Select All, сложете отметка пред Restart/Shutdown System When Finished => Restart System и натиснете бутона Start.
 

 
НЕ използвайте компютъра докато се извършват поправките.
 
След като всички приключи, компютъра ще се рестартира.
Архивирайте всички логове от папката
64-bit systems - C:Program Files (x86)Tweaking.comWindows Repair (All in One)Logs
и качете архива на следния адрес => http://file.bg и публикувайте линка към архива в следващия си коментар.
Вижте и дали вече можете да инсталирате антивирусна програма.

Направих това, обаче на 5-тата стъпка ми заби компютъра(не съм пипал нищо), поне успях да инсталирам Нортон интернет секурити, обаче сега сякаш имам друг проблем, почна твърде често да ми забива компютъра без особено натоварване.

Може ли все пак да видя логовете от Tweaking.com Windows Repair all in one?

Ами да не можех да създам нова точка на възстановяване, имах проблем с локалния диск C, пишеше, че е corrupted, обаче дадох проверка за грешки и да се оправят ако е възможно и сега мисля да го дефрагментирам.

Не е трябвало да продължавате с поправките след като има проблеми с диска! Както и да е...забиванията според мен са именно от повредената файлова система на системния дял. Да направим една пълна проверка за грешки:

 

Start => въведете в полето за търсене CMD => кликнете върху файла CMD.exe и изберете Run as administrator => напишете CMD.exe => въведете командата:chkdsk c: /x /f /r => натиснете Enter

Съгласи се с Y на диалоговия прозорец.Рестартирайте компютъра и би трябвало проверката да започне.След това вижте какви са били резултатите.

 

Рапорта от проверката ще намерите тук:Start => в полето за търсене въведете eventvwr.msc => applications => събитие WinInit Event ID 1001Kопирайте рапорта в следващия си пост.

 

Бтв: според прикачените логове...не са извършени никакви проверки или поправки от страна на програмата. Явно и поправянето на грешките на системния дял (което пак стана благодарение на програмата) е спомогнало за проблема с невъзможността за инсталиране на антивирусни програми, а не наличието (както си мислех) на зловреден софтуер. В още една тема в друг форум станах свидетел на това как повредената файлова система не даде на потребителя да инсталира Internet Explorer 9,10,11...и след поправка на дял C: всичко се оправи. Като цяло с програмата целях да направя reset на правата на файловете и регистрите (макар да поправих тези, които видях в лога на Junctions)...но явно проблема при вас е бил друг. Все пак добре, че пуснахме програмата за да разберем за проблема с дял C:.

Аз имах друго предвид, не съм продължавал с поправките с Windows Repair,а направих точно това, което ми казахте да направя сега, обаче от свойства на диск C -->инструменти и там за поправяне на грешките, а рапорта не мога да го намеря нещо(направих отново проверка).Мисля, че сега е момента да ви благодаря много, вече компютъра ми работи нормално без грешки или забиване.

Това е съдържанието на лога.

Само че нещо не сте изпълнили явно командата като хората, защото в лога са се извършили 3 фази на поправка, а трябва да са 5.

 

Пуснете проверката тогава по следния начин:

 

Отворете My Computer => Десен бутон на дял C: => Properties => Tools => Error-checking => Check now => сложете и двете отметки и натиснете Start.

Ще поиска рестарт. Съгласете се. След това изчакайте да приключи (може да отнеме над час, ако дяла е много голям) и след това публикувайте новия лог файл.

Лоша работа...хардиска е пътник:

 

260 KB in bad sectors.

 

Съветвам ви да започнете да събирате пари за нов и да си копирате ценните документи на външен носител (флашка, диск, външен хардиск, интернет файлов хостинг, облачни/клоуд услуги) и т.н.

 

Временно можете да си набавите HDDRegenerator и да пуснете опцията Scan & Repair да човърка (може да и отнеме и няколко дни поправката взависимост от това колко зле е положението).

 

След като се установи причината и засега закрепихме положението (и най-вече, че не се дължи на зловреден софтуер), тогава ще маркирам случая като РЕШЕН.
