Не сте копирали командата правилно (а сте я преписали без да оставите празно място между /x /f /r). Затова бях писал да я копирате с десен бутон и да я поставите пак с десен бутон в CMD.

Пробвайте отново като я копирате този път.

След това намерете лог файла по този начин:

Но щом с това не се справяте наистина по-добре го занесете на сервиз или викнете приятел да го погледне на място.
